Mindfulness sounds nice and, if you're being honest, a bit vague.
It also sounds like something you'll get to...eventually. When you have time.
The thing is, taking care of yourself through mindfulness is self-care that actually pays off in almost every area of life.
Mindfulness can:
- Make your relationships healthier
- Reduce pain and adjustment difficulties of childbirth
- Improve your immune systems (stay away Covid!)
- Reduce stress levels (umm, yes, please)
Wouldn't it be nice to treat people better, feel less pain and anxiety, and handle situations better starting...yesterday!?
