The thing is, taking care of yourself through mindfulness is self-care that actually pays off in almost every area of life.

  • ​Reduce pain and adjustment difficulties of childbirth​
  • ​Improve your immune systems (stay away Covid!)
  • ​Reduce stress levels​ (umm, yes, please)

Wouldn't it be nice to treat people better, feel less pain and anxiety, and handle situations better starting...yesterday!?
